OUR MATERIALS
Here, you can find out all about the different materials and trims we use in our garments.
THREADS
Our sewing threads are from 100% organic cotton. While that's not the industry standard, it's a crucial step in making our garments easily recycleble at the end of life.
LABELS
Our labels are 100% organic cotton too. These are specially woven on an old-school traditional shuttle loom in Italy, since newer weaving machines can't handle the delicate cotton threads.
BUTTONS
Most of our buttons are made of corozo, which comes from the nut of the tagua tree and is also known as "vegetal ivory".
Other buttons are made from coconut shells, which give the button it's own special color, texture and feel.

No garment is alike, mostly because of the different fabric types and variations there are around. Sourcing the right fabrics is one of the things we're so very proud of - read about them here.
BOILED WOOL
This 410 g/sm, 100% boiled wool has undergone a special process giving it a rather felted texture that enhances the natural insulating properties of the wool. This process makes it softer on the skin than regular wool. It’s a lasting fabric that is known for its durability, warmth, anti-bacterial properties and its natural water resistance.
HEMP DENIM
This unique fabric blend combines 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton, crafted to resemble denim with a twist. Choosing hemp is a sustainable step forward—hemp is a durable natural fiber that requires minimal water and thrives without the need for harmful chemicals.
HEAVYWEIGHT SWEAT
This sweat is crafted from a premium 50% recycled and 50% organic cotton blend. The 440 g/sm fabric is the perfect balance of sustainability and luxury. Its heavyweight feel brings durability and a touch of indulgence. The unbrushed interior gives it a clean, structured fit that holds its shape wear after wear.
BRUSHED SWEAT
This 330g/sm fabric is made from 100% organic cotton for an incredibly soft, sustainable touch. Lighter than our other sweats, it’s designed for effortless comfort while maintaining a slightly fuller, more luxurious feel thanks to the brushed finish.
HEAVYWEIGHT JERSEY
Our heavyweight jersey is made from a 50% organic and 50% recycled cotton blend. It's a 250g/sm fabric, which gives it a nice structure and luxurious feel.
RIBSTOP COTTON
This special cotton is also known as a ribstop weave - charactarized by it's special texture. Ours is made from a 100% organic cotton.
HEMP
Hemp, often considered as a "super fiber". It's naturally one of the most environmentally friendly fibers since it's rapidly renewable, requires hardly any chemical inputs and is highly adaptable to various climates.
Ours has a beautiful drape and is one of our most luxurious feeling fabrics.
LYOCELL
This fabric is made from 100% lyocell, delivering an exceptionally soft, breathable, and sustainable feel. Light and silky-smooth, it drapes beautifully while maintaining a luxurious touch with its naturally moisture-wicking and eco-friendly properties.
COTTON BLEND
This twill fabric is crafted from a blend of 60% cotton, 28% lyocell, and 12% recycled linen, offering a perfect balance of softness, durability, and sustainability. With a smooth yet textured feel, it provides breathable comfort while maintaining a refined, structured drape.
